Cedar Hollow Families:

Our staff and students worked hard this week as we continue to grow “Brick by Brick,” building on the strong foundation we’ve created together. It’s been wonderful to see students learning, interacting, and supporting one another each day!

Gratitude in November

Last week, every student at Cedar Hollow wrote what they were thankful for on a turkey feather. These feathers came together to create our Thankful Turkey display—a fun way to practice gratitude and celebrate the season!
Check it out here:  📸  Thankful Turkey

Collaboration Activity

Today, our 5th graders teamed up with our 2nd graders to support their state research projects. The 5th graders helped create posters and offered guidance on research and organization. This project was a wonderful example of teamwork, leadership, and collaboration between our Guardians!

The Guardian Glow

Last week, we introduced a new class recognition—the Guardian Glow Award
This award honors classrooms that go above and beyond in showing our GPS expectations:
💚 Give Kindness
💛 Practice Accountability
🖤 Stay Safe

When a class earns the Guardian Glow, they receive a certificate and add a star to our display in the commons. Teachers cannot nominate their own classrooms, making this a special way to recognize all the great things happening.  Congratulations to Ms. Husing and Mrs. Tipton's class this week! We can’t wait to see who will shine next!
